Hydraulic Impact Shear

The hydraulic impact shear cuts material continuously in operation using two bushes.

The electric servo drive enables precise speed control of the shear carriage. High cutting speed and fine adjustment of the shear bushes guarantee optimal cut surfaces. Cutting is also possible in stationary mode. A remnant piece detection system can also be used. When shearing is not feasible (e.g., for tubes, hollow profiles, etc.), a sawing device or a chipless cutting unit is mounted on the base frame instead of the shear head.
