Here we have a in line Biesse edgbander or as we call it a Lefty/Righty the machine can run panels
Min 200 x 150 to max panel 2500 x 2500 Thickness min 8mm to max 40mm
The first machine comes with Pre milling , Gluing unit fed from PUR Nordson pump, Snip saw, Rough Milling, Profile milling ,Profile scrapping ,Flat Scrapping ,Buffing wheels and Grooving saw all of which are NC controlled apart from the Buffing wheels. The second machine also has Pre milling , Gluing unit fed from PUR Nordson pump, Snip saw, Rough Milling, Profile milling ,Profile scrapping ,Flat Scrapping ,Buffing wheels all of which are NC controlled apart from the Buffing wheels. On the line you have in feed rollers that pass the panels onto the fosters these fosters help square the panels up we have one Infront of the first machine and one Infront of the second machine. The price we are looking at is 45-50k
