Tunnel belt kiln used in our company for firing prints on glass.
The kiln consists of 5 heating sections and a cooling sleeve.
Each heating section is equipped with a G-Lehrs gas burner and two heat distribution engines of 1.5 kW each. In total, there are 10 electric motors in the entire kiln, and the kiln also has one engine with a gear to drive the mesh belt with a power of also 1.5 kW.

Each section has an individual temperature setting, i.e. we are able to set the firing curve for a given assortment.
The kiln was modernized by G-Lehrs, which changed the type of power supply from electric to gas - propane. In 2019, a thorough repair was carried out, which involved replacing the internal walls with new heat-resistant sheets and filling with ceramic mat up to 1260 ° C.
