The "MINI 8 RD" in-store oven works with a moving baking atmosphere. The air is evenly fed to the baked goods via the heating rods by an axial fan that rotates alternately and is installed in the underside of the oven. The special feature of the "MINI 8 RD" in-store oven lies in the second transparent baking chamber door on the back of the oven. This makes it possible to integrate the in-store baking oven into a sales counter and to enable the customer to directly observe the baking process via the glass rear wall.
The oven is also equipped with a fully electronic pictogram control, which is particularly characterized by its ease of use. All of the oven's functions are taken over by this controller, and the necessary operating actions are reduced to a minimum. It enables automatic baking according to programmed baking parameters. A maximum of 7 different baking programs can be stored in the program memory.
