Crushed styrofoam from the shredder (a part of the machine) or styrofoam in pellet form as raw material is transported to the silo above the machine. From the silo, the styrofoam passes through a section of the machine where it is sprayed with an additive and then dosed into bags for packaging.

The additive tank contains agitators and heaters, and the additive is pumped from it up to the sprayers in the upper part of the machine. The machine, in addition to automatic and manual dosing options, also features a liter counter for additive consumption and a counter for filled bags.
