This is an electric round kettle from the premium manufacturer Electrolux/Therma from Switzerland, type PBON15EKEM (150 liters) from the year of manufacture 2017. The appliance is suitable for cooking, steaming, poaching, braising or simmering/simmering food. The kettle is equipped with a closed, non-refillable "electric steam heating system (without refilling from the water supply). Heating is provided by an electric steam heating system. Here the electrical energy is converted into steam, working pressure 1.5 bar. The heating elements are equipped with boil-dry protection. The heating power is divided into 4 heating levels with automatic transfer from the boiling to the boiling process by an energy-saving microprocessor control. This is a pedestal installation without feet (feet can be retrofitted on request). The kettle has been tested in our own specialist workshop and is fully functional.
