The usable capacity is 90 liters. The cooking unit is mounted on castors for mobility and features steering handles. The purchase of this device includes an Elro connection beam for wall mounting, approximately 1300 mm long, allowing easy decoupling and movement of the supply lines. This is a premium product for large-scale kitchen technology. The lid cooling system is defective; the solenoid valve does not open—please refer to the note in the inspection report in the photo overview. Demonstration of the unit is possible at our facility, as the unit is sold without any warranty.
