For gluing with urea glue and tight longitudinal splicing of parallel-aligned veneer strips in a single operation.

Precise temperature and pressure settings and a positive veneer feed ensure gap-free and even glue application as well as a perfect glue joint.

Feed speed (practical experience): approx. 20 – 30 m/min.

Veneer strip lengths (along the grain): 300 – 3200 mm
Veneer strip widths (across the grain): 45 – 1200 mm
Veneer strip thickness: 0.4 – 1.5 mm (depending on the veneer)
