GEA EcoCut CAP 2 is an advanced emulsifier designed for continuous production of both fine and coarse sausage emulsions as well as pork skin emulsions, suitable for mass production or just-in-time. Automatic knife adjustment reduces operating costs, and cassette double and triple knife sets enable quick changeover. The machine also offers a variety of pumps and silos for high and low viscosity products and a system for removing hard particles.
