Injection Unit
The machine is equipped with an 80 mm diameter mixing screw. Maximum shot volume is 1860 cm³, and the maximum shot weight for PS is 1692.6 g. The specific injection pressure reaches 1580 bar. The maximum screw rotation speed is 200 rpm, while the plasticising capacity (for PS) is 76.8 g/s. The cylinder heating power is 38.35 kW.

Clamping Unit
Clamping force is 7000 kN. The distance between tie bars is 940 × 960 mm. Mould installation height ranges from 400 to 940 mm. The opening stroke is 970 mm. Centring (A.S.–D.S.) is 200/200 mm. The ejector has a total stroke of 260 mm with an effective travel of 200 mm.

Additional Equipment
The machine is equipped with four core-pull circuits: two on the moving platen and two on the fixed platen.
