Carton gluing machine suitable for producing:

- Standard cartons with 1-3 gluing points from folding boxboard
- Clamshell cartons with double fold
- Mailing envelopes

Materials used:

- Folding boxboard 200-600 g/m²
- E-flute corrugated board

Configuration for standard cartons:

- Timing feeder for folding heavy carton types (1 vibrator, 2 air blowers)
- Power bridging shaft between feeder and pre-folding station
- 3 intake rollers incl. mounting above the bridging station, for very wide products
- Digital indicators for faster machine setup
- Pre-folding station
- Bottom gluing unit incl. applicator wheel (left side)
