Due to a shortage of skilled workers, we are closing our milling department and are therefore selling the following:

Hermle C30U Dynamic 5-Axis Machining Centre for 3D Simultaneous Machining

The machine is equipped with:
- Heidenhain iTNC530 control
- Spindle speed: 18,000 rpm
- Accuracy packages 1 & 2
- Travel paths X/Y/Z: 650/600/500mm
- NC rotary/swivel table, diameter 280 mm
- HSK-A63 tool holders
- Additional tool magazine for 43 tools, in addition to the internal magazine with 32 places
- Blum laser tool measurement and tool breakage monitoring
- Heidenhain 3D touch probe
- Scraper belt conveyor with Knoll band filter system
- Exhaust air filter with stand
- Internal coolant supply

Due to the closure of the department, the sale also includes extensive accessories, including:
- Zero-point clamping system
- Clamping tower (pyramid) for multi-sided machining with multiple parts clamped
- Various vices and spare parts for vice maintenance
- Large selection of HSK-63 tool holders
- Various milling tools
- Tool cabinets and holders for tool holders
- Current license for Esprit CAD/CAM system incl. 5-axis simultaneous milling on HP laptop 17.4" (can be used on any computer via dongle)

When it comes to the quality, performance, and precision of Hermle machining centres, little needs to be said.

The machine has processed almost exclusively aluminium and stainless steel, never cast iron or brass. The machine has less than 18,000 spindle hours, so it has been used regularly but never intensively, always in single-shift operation and therefore never to its performance limits. We know the original buyer from whom we purchased it directly together with an employee, and for whom we continued to manufacture – so the history is fully known.

The Hermle shows normal signs of use and age, but is in excellent technical and functional condition. Latest accuracy inspection by Hermle in 02/2025 in the 'my' sector; report can be provided upon request.
The machine is powered and can be tested prior to purchase.

Sale is only to businesses or for export, with exclusion of liability for material defects and warranties. No returns.

The machine will be drained, cleaned, and disconnected from the power supply. Collection will be from the current location. We are happy to assist with loading.
