Rotors that can operate asynchronously to promote breakage.
Hammering unit with 2 rotors 660 mm in diameter and 2260 mm long with oversized steel shafts and high capacity hammering tools in both directions and replaceable (screw fixing).
The tools, mainly made of manganese steel with high abrasion resistance, are arranged to ensure maximum aggressiveness and throughput, 16 or 32 tools can be mounted on the rotor.
The side cutting combs are made of special steel with high abrasion resistance.
Deflector sealing system at the shaft passages through the crusher body. Grinding comb under the rotors for refining the ground products.
Direction reversing function as soon as the pressure threshold is reached or the selected program requires it.

Adjustable rotor rotation speed from 20 to 40 rpm.
Grinds in both directions including during reverse cycle.
The discharge belt conveyor has a width of 1400 mm and a discharge height of approximately 3200 mm.
