Lid can manually be removed and has 3 clamps for manual tightening. With 2 x sight glass in lid. 2 Agitators; 1 x scraper agitator (3.000 – i. 45,56 - 66 rpm) and 1 x homogenize knife (0,74 A – 2,1 A - 1.400 rpm). Motor type FK80L/40. Pressure in bowl vacuum -1,0 up to + 0,8 bar, pressure jacket 0,8 Bar. Max temp: 110 °C. Included liquid ring vacuum pump and steam filter. With some spare parts. Controls: Siemens Simatic S7-300 with operating touch screen on machine. Including documentation in Dutch.
