The Vat:
- Completely stainless steel
- Double jacket (bain-marie) + insulation
- Must be operated without pressure
- 100 liters
- Butterfly valve, NW 50
- Agitator mounted on the lid and easily removed using a quick-change adapter.
- Agitator rotates slowly; approximately 24 RPM
- 400 volt / 8.4 kW heating (16 amp plug). Heating power can be halved with a switch (8.4 - 4.2 kW).

Control:
- Digital milk temperature display

- Control system with one automatic program (heating - holding - cooling) and manual operation (manual heating and manual cooling with cold water)
- Heats up to 90°C
