König Complete Bread Roll Plant

Complete Konig bread roll plant, suitable for producing at high capacity.

The plant is currently configured for 5-pockets with tooling included for 3 and 4 pockets.

Purchased from new and installed in 2008 and has been in storage for approximately 2 years from when the site closed in June 2023.

Weight range - 50g up to 130g. 5-pocket drums are 75mm and 60mm diameter.

Drum in machine is 50mm diameter. Will run comfortably at 45 strokes per minute, can run faster but depends on operatives.

All pockets for the intermediate prover are palletised and stored on a separate site, but are included.

📏Overall footprint (approx) - 15.5m L x 1.8m W x 3.3m H.

✅ 1 x VMI Elevateur bowl lifter - Bowl tipper with cage, designed to take bowls from a VMI mixer. Bowls were 110kg dough capacity (prob from 200L mixer).

✅ 1 x Konig Teigtrichter hopper.

✅ 1 x Electrical Control box

✅ 1 x Konig moulding belt / pinner. Belt width - 650mm wide. Serial number - 06 0 6677 12K.
