MAX CT 25

The CT 25 (Ø 0.2 to 2.5 mm) replaces and/or complements the 25TS, which operates with a cam system.

This machine has between 11 and 16 axes, details of which are given below:

- 8 independent slides
- wire feed
- nozzle rotation
- servo spinner OR lateral movement of winding finger

Optional (up to 5 additional axes)

- servo cutter
- servo spinners (additional)
- lateral movement of winding finger
- transfer for raising the second (German-type) extension spring eye.

Maximum feed speed: 121 m/min.
Slide travel: 50 mm
