The new universal washer cleans dishes, transport baskets, GN kitchen containers, pots, cutlery, trays, and even glasses. Thanks to its spacious interior – with a clearance height of 555 mm – even wash items measuring up to 650 x 530 mm (2/1 gastronorm) can be hygienically cleaned. This makes it the ideal washing partner for butcher shops and bakeries, and universally suitable for large-scale catering as well as the hospitality industry.
