This vehicle was originally a disabled passenger transport, which was comprehensively refurbished in 2012 and put into service as a fire brigade vehicle. At this point, the Sprinter had already completed 132,000 km and was inspected by DEKRA as a completely faultless used vehicle. The inspection report is available, and all DEKRA-SEAL criteria were fulfilled at the time.

No accident damage was found at the inspection; likewise, it has remained damage-free during its service with the fire brigade.

From 2012 until recently, the vehicle was used by a small voluntary fire brigade and spent most of the time parked in the station garage.

The service booklet is up to date. No defects known.

The Sprinter is equipped with an unusually extensive original factory specification for its time:

A technical report from TÜV SÜD dated 2015 for an upgrade to a 3,400 kg gross vehicle weight is available for this Sprinter. However, this upgrade has not yet been officially recorded in the vehicle documents, so the increased GVW remains optionally available to the buyer.
