The basic operating principle of the colloid mill relies on shearing and grinding, as well as high-speed stirring force, crushing, and grinding based on the relative movement of the beveled grinding teeth. In this process, one part rotates at high speed while another engages statically, subjecting materials to intense shearing and friction forces. Under the effect of high-frequency vibrations and the complex high-speed vortex force, the material is milled, emulsified, ground, mixed, dispersed, and homogenized, resulting in ultra-fine micronization for improved performance.
