Robotic welding cell consisting of:

WIG ARC World Ivo SC and a rotary/tilt table, enabling rotation and tilting of the component with the positioner in relation to the 6 robot axes. The robot and the rotary-tilt table are mounted on a shared baseplate.

Yaskawa MOTOMAN industrial robot AR 2010 with YRC-1000 controller. System dimensions: 3000 × 2600 × 2800 mm (L×W×H). Positioner load capacity: 250 kg.

Interface for control of EWM welding technology, system integration, TCP control.

WIG welding technology, consisting of: welding power source Tetrix 352, cooling unit Cool 82, wire feeder, hose package, drive motor, welding torch AbiTig WH 400 W.
