Deburring up to 1100mm width.
The DM1100 Z refines and deburrs light metal sheets cut by laser, punching, or shearing.

This machine is equipped with a single wide-belt station, which can be used for deburring parts ranging from 50×50 mm in size up to 1100 mm in width.

The DM1100 Z is also suitable for surface finishing and can operate with both standard abrasive paper and non-woven/Scotch belts.

With an additional table, the new DM1100 Z can be combined with an existing DM1100 C edge-rounding machine.
