Thermoforming for packing food products

Packing vacuum machine (for cheese and other food products like minced/shredded). Working principle depends on the systematic process of heating, forming, filling, sealing and cutting stations. Simply cup form is provided from pet film at heating and forming stations, final cheese blocks after molding are inserted (filled) in formed cup as demanded capacity at filling station, after providing sealing between bottoms . Foil which is pet foil and top foil which is prompt at sealing station. Then the cup is cut in width and length at cutting station.
Finally finished good product blocks vacuumed are carried on product exit conveyor which is being provided by thermoform machine.
This machine was designed and bought as brand-new equipment.
The equipment was received in May 2021, commissioned in Oct 2021 and worked not more than 2 months and not every day.
It has around 200 working hours including tests.
We stopped the activities with this equipment in 2022 because it was necessary to choose for our products a new way of vacuum packing.
This machine didn’t need any other specific maintenance due to the short time frame working period.
As for the accessories, this have the cooling station , a conveyer for making product blocks to be easily placed in the packing forms ; and including some forms for packing.
About the service history, it is not the case due to the small amount of working time.
