This is a Rational SCC WE 61 electric combi-steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational. The combi-steamer accommodates 6x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, it independently detects the optimal cooking path for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), as well as the size of the food, loading quantity, and product-specific requirements. The unit has undergone a fresh inspection in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional, including a 6-month warranty.

The stand shown in the images is not included in the offer but can be purchased separately as an option.
