Rational ULTRAVENT PLUS HAUBE

This listing is for an Ultravent Plus hood from the manufacturer Rational, model UV PLUS 61/101/E, year of manufacture 2022. Suitable for the following index series: Index H and I, and can be used for DUO units as well as single units. This hood not only captures emitted steam but also eliminates odors and smoke. No external exhaust duct is needed. An LED lamp indicates automatically when the filter needs to be replaced. This model is equipped with stainless steel baffle filters and a pre-filter mat located behind them. This setup effectively protects the activated carbon filter at the core of the hood from rapid contamination, ensuring optimal performance. The Plus condensation hood is ideal for front-of-house use, closed rooms, or live cooking/show cooking. The hood can be retrofitted and installed on Rational SCC 61/101 WE units with minimal effort. The hood has been tested in our in-house workshop and is fully functional, supplied with a 6-month warranty.
