System Description

The system and piping are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring a long service life.

The machine is a two-lane chain conveyor-type continuous washing system. Its unique modular design allows for future expansion of an existing system, ensuring that the installation will not become undersized as requirements increase. The system can be expanded along with operational or additional requirements.

Hot water heating: Heat exchanger in the washing tanks connected to the heating circuit. Recommended supply temperature: 90°C
Nozzle pipes: Screw-fitted
Oil separator: Three-phase separator with pneumatic diaphragm pump and pre-filter on all tanks

The control cabinet contains all components necessary for system operation and monitoring.

A hot water supply of approx. 90°C is required for heating the washing tanks.
