- Cutting and Machining Center – Running direction from right to left
- Automatic feed magazine for manual loading of 12 profiles, max. profile length 6500 mm, automatic transfer station into the gripper conveyor track
- Insertion device for PVC profiles with NC-positioned gripper, driven by a highly dynamic linear servo motor.
- Automatically adjustable profile guides for different support contours in the profiles
- Machining station designed as a G-module, with 3 servo axes including clamping elements and integration into the control system. The station is equipped with high-frequency electric motors for the following processing on PVC profiles:
o Drainage and ventilation slots - drilling in the frame, sash, mullions, transoms, and muntins
o Lock case cutouts on window sashes, front door leaves, and side door leaves
o Marking holes for mullions, transoms, and connectors that can be screwed from the inside
o Profile cylinder and handle cutouts on the HAT sash
o Door plate mounting holes
o Sash bearing pivot holes 2x6mm / 3x2.5mm
- Complete VU saw cut with double saw unit 2x45° for simultaneous sawing of the starting and cross-cut sections, as well as notch cuts for welded transoms. Saw feed with servo axis via linear servo motor and height adjustment with servo axis via ball screw.
- Seal clamp above the VU saw
- Conveyor belt for removing PVC waste from the VU saw machine area
- Complete saw unit in standard design with 1 saw unit for cutting and cutting, continuously variable NC-controlled swivel drive, swivel range +45° to -45° for saw blade diameters of 550mm, saw motor with 2.5kW power
- Horizontal circulation buffer for cycle-independent transport of profiles from the machining center to the steel insertion station, screwing station, and to the SBZ
- Steel insertion station for the manual insertion of steel reinforcements with 12 insertion positions
The 1st and 2nd steel insertion positions have clamps to hold the PVC profiles during manual reinforcement
- Monitor as a steel length display for the steel insertion, including control unit
8 steel positions are displayed
- Screwing station for the horizontal circulation buffer, operating from above and below, with frequency-controlled Electric screwdriving unit,
- Additional screwdriving station with automatic screw feeder
- Drilling station as a steel module, with 2 servo axes for drilling stroke and horizontal adjustment

- Automatic label printer with dispensing device. The labels are manually applied to the profiles.
