Max Photonics fiber laser
Fiber laser system for metal and plastic, consisting of:
Combined seated/standing workstation with ample legroom for seated work and a fully glazed safety glass door, laser class 1.
Constructed from aluminum profiles with cladding. The front door is equipped with laser safety glass, providing an excellent view of the work area. The work chamber is illuminated by a bright work lamp.
Approximate dimensions: H = 1760 x W = 920 x D = 940 mm.
The work platform, made of a stainless steel plate with a 25 mm matrix of holes and magnets for fast positioning, approx. 710 x 400 mm.
The complete rear side is designed as a door. For safety reasons, it is screwed shut but can be easily opened when needed, facilitating the insertion of extra-long parts. (Caution: With rear door open, laser safety class 4 applies.)
Motorized Z-axis: The laser head with integrated marking head moves to the desired focal distance. Travel distance: 500 mm gross (net depending on lens used).
