About the Machine:

We are offering a Stöckel FX 60/30 ST 2 surface grinding machine with automatic cycle, year 2018, in very good condition. The machine is, of course, fully operational. All slides move very smoothly and uniformly. Even at high speeds, the Stöckel runs very quietly. This newer generation of grinding machines is extremely user-friendly and is capable of producing surfaces in the low Rz range. About the Controls:

The STÖCKEL ST-2 control system provides all the functions needed for economical surface and plunge grinding. Inputs are made using softkeys on the control panel, while all information is presented graphically in color on the display. The control is intuitively designed and easy to learn in a short time. No ISO programming skills are required.
The control is suitable for both automatic grinding cycles and for manual adjustment via electronic handwheel. The operator can intervene in an ongoing grinding cycle at any time, changing parameters or taking over feed via the handwheel.
The control features the following:
• Surface grinding program subdivided into rough grinding, finish grinding, and spark-out
• Plunge grinding program subdivided into rough grinding, finish grinding, and spark-out
• Multiple-plunge program (for rapid material removal)
• Automatic dressing: A regular automatic dressing cycle can be triggered during grinding based on various criteria such as "grinding dimension" or "number of strokes." Dressing before finish grinding is also possible.
• When the "speed control" option is selected, different cutting speeds can be set for roughing, finishing, and dressing operations.
