The DLA 600 conveyor fryer is designed for continuous frying of products, ensuring consistent frying quality. Products are placed onto the loading belt and automatically conveyed into the frying tank. The conveyor belt then transports the product fully submerged throughout the length of the fryer tank up to the end. Submersion frying notably reduces frying times by up to 40%.

The fryer can be used not only with oil; water, soups, sauces, marinades, syrups, etc. can also be used.
