Detailed Description:
Roller conveyor length (L) = 3,000 mm
Installation length (EL) = 500 mm
Roller pitch (T) = 200 mm
Conveyor height (H) = 280 mm, adjustable by +/- 25 mm
Number of support feet (FA) = 1 per running meter

Consisting of:
1. Side profiles, each 3,000 mm long, made from 20/80/40/3 mm profile, with a 25 mm grid, perforated to accommodate 12 mm diameter axles, powder-coated in RAL 6011 green.

2. Insertable carrying rollers
Type 4.5.80.1.12.1.5.00
Steel tube – 80 x 2.0 mm wall thickness
Axle – 12 mm spring axle
Bearing – Steel insert with reinforced, pressed special ball bearings.
Roller surface untreated steel.
Installation length (EL) = 500 mm

3. Bolt-on bridge support feet in a robust welded construction from special profiles with cross brace, height-adjustable by +/- 25 mm via M16 threaded spindle and screw slot. With base plates for floor mounting and dowel hole. Powder-coated in RAL 3000 red.
Weight – 2.5 kg.
